Prayer in C.R.P.No.2364 of 2016:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to strike off the suit in O.S.No.88 of 2014, pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court at Dharmapuri and pass such further or other orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

In both C.R.Ps For Petitioner : Mr.P.Valliappan For Respondent : Mr.M.Selvam COMMON ORDER The Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No.2031 of 2016 has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 18.12.2015 in I.A.No.238 of 2014 in O.S.No.88 of 2014 passed by the Subordinate Judge's Court at Dharmapuri.

2. The Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No.2364 of 2016 has been filed to strike off the suit in O.S.No.88 of 2014, pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge's Court at Dharmapuri.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been already settled between the parties and the main suit itself was dismissed for default. Therefore, nothing survives in these petitions for further adjudication.

4. In view of the above submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
