The claimant before the arbitral tribunal has applied for an extension of the mandate of the Tribunal.

2. Both learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent submit that arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording evidence of the petitioner.

3.Considering the stage of arbitral proceedings, this application is allowed by extending the mandate of the arbitral tribunal by a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
