Heard on the application to grant leave to maintain the appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that though the property and possession of the land in question is of Trust, yet without impleading the Trust as party respondent, the writ petitioner sought direction and the learned Single Judge by the impugned order restrained the respondents in the writ petition from constructing Anganvadi Centre. The applicants are affected by the said direction given by the learned Single Judge.

Finding reasons, to be satisfactory, the application is allowed and leave is granted to the applicants to maintain an appeal.
