ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.412 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that pursuant to the investigation made by the respondent police in Crime No.412 of 2018, a Final Report has been filed before the Principal Sessions Court, Coimbatore and the same has been taken cognizance by the learned Judge in C.C.No.6 of 2022. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is advised to do so. Connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
