This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 107 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgement of acquittal passed in C.C.No.2798 of 2018 dated 12.09.2024 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court No.2, at Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai -3.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 107 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
