PRAYER:- Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24of Civil Procedure Code praying to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.13 of 2011on the file of Subordinate Court, Tiruchirapalli and transfer the same for being tried along with H.M.O.P.No.265 of 2011, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram. 2. It is seen from the records that this Court has already granted decree of divorce under Section 13 (B) of Hindu Marriage Act in the above Petitions in Tr.C.M.P.No.299 of 2015 on 08.06.2015 and in Tr.C.M.P.No.26 of 2015 on 24.06.2015, instead of driving the parties to the trial Court.
3. In view of the above, no further order is necessary and accordingly, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
