This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.06.2016 and to investigate the matter in accordance with law and submit a report.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. No representation for the petitioner may be due to boycott of Courts. However, in Harish Uppal [Ex.Capt.] Vs Union of India reported in [2003] 2 SCC 45, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that boycott of Courts is illegal and therefore, this Court perused the records and passes the following order:

4. It is stated by the petitioner that her mother Savitri Devi and her cousin Subhash Saw and his wife Arti Deviare harassing the petitioner and asking her to come out of her matrimonial home. Further, she has alleged that they have taken some signatures in blank stamp papers and they are likely to blackmail her. the date on which the opposite party has collected the signed blank papers as alleged in the complaint. Thus, in the considered opinion of this Court, the complaint does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence. Hence, this petition is closed.
