This petition has been filed to direct the the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 07.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 07.07.2015 to the respondent Police by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint in person to the respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
