2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order of appointment was challenged on the other ground that the persons appointed are over aged. However, this Court has categorically stated that the genuineness of the certificates and also the condition stipulated in the Recruitment Notification and its compliance are to be verified by the Competent Authorities for initiating all further actions. Since the parties are directed to look into the correctness of the appointments made, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all his grounds by way of representation to be submitted to the Authorities for appropriate actions.
