This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent herein for his act of willful disobedience to the order of this Court dated 17.10.2024 made in WP.No.30398 of 2024, thereby the respondent was directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2024 and to dispose of the same within a time frame.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 06.05.2025 of the respondent and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.30398 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 06.05.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 06.05.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
