CR.NO. 04/AC/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No. 9326 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 15929 of 2018 dated 19.07.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ELUMALAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9326 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.15929 of 2018, dated 19.07.2018.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police for another five weeks.
