This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in connection with F.I.R. No.11 of 2014 on the file of the respondent and file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.11 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
