This writ petition has been filed to quash the orders, dated 17/12/2014 and 31/12/2014 made by the first and second respondents, respectively.
2. Heard Mr.N.R.Jasmine Padma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the tenure of Panchayat President having been over, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Page No:2/4
