The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2022, within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The respondents herein filed a suit for specific performance in O.S.No.62 of 2022 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur

3. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the written statement was filed on 17.08.2023 and issues were framed on 06.10.2023. Though the suit was posted for trial on 24.01.2024, there has been no substantial progress thereafter.

4. Taking into consideration, the suit is of the year 2022 and the same was posted for trial as early as 24.01.2024, this Court is inclined to direct the District and Sessions Judge, Tirupattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
