Common Prayer:-Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus to direct the fourth respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2017 for issue of computerized patta to the petitioner in respect of lands to an extent of 0.31.5 hectare comprised in Survey Nos.493/2B, 493/3B and 494/3C of Chennathur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and 5 cents in Survey No.24/1 of Naligabetta Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District respectively, within the time to be stipulated by this court without insisting upon No Objection Certificate from the second respondent.

ORDER
Mr.M.Jothikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 4. Mr.V.Anandamoorthy, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 2 and 3. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta in respect of the land referred to in the writ petition. It seems that the said request made on 06.11.2017 has not been considered by the fourth respondent so far.
3.Learned counsel for the Housing Board submitted that at the time of considering the petitioners' applications, Housing Board should also be heard.
4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, the writ petitions are disposed of, by directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioners' applications dated 06.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the Housing Board. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
