ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first and second respondent to file a charge sheet on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.06.2015 in Cr.No.540 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a case in Crime No.540 of 2015 has been registered by the second respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
