ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition assailing the notification Advertisement No.6/2017 dated 28.07.2017, even before the petitioner approached this Court by way of present writ petition, the said notification has been cancelled by the respondents vide proceedings dated 09.02.2018 and as such, no recruitment has been taken up pursuant to the said notification.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepting the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, seeks Page No.2 of 4

permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to the above effect.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
