O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Village Administrative Officer by proceedings dated 28.12.1988. He joined service on 09.01.1989 as Village Administrative Officer in Arulvadi Village. His services were regularised on 05.12.1996. The petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation retired on 30.06.2014. It is the grievance of the petitioner that notwithstanding his continuous service, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

probation has not been declared and therefore, he was not paid pension and other benefits.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 16.12.2014 on merits and taking into account the proceedings dated 09.08.2010 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chidambaram. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
