This petition has been filed to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint dated 20.06.2015 sent by the petitioner through post, has not been received by the respondent Police. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondent Police in person and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in [2014] 2 SCC 1.
