3.CMP.No.7611 of 2023 has been filed to bring proposed respondent on record as legal representatives of the deceased sole Respondent in C.R.P(NPD).No.3083 of 2017 on the file of this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
