This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 132 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Mr.C.Rajaguru, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of respondents 1 and 3 and Ms.S.Thamizharasi, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the fourth respondent, stated that they have no objection to this petition being allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that a connected appeal in C.M.A.No.729 of 2026 is under consideration before this Court.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 132 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
