ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 02.02.2021 for the offence under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of IPC in Cr.No.29 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner engaged cooligans and committed murder of the deceased who had illegal relationship with the petitioner's wife.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the deceased was brutally murdered.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
