ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.01.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
