The petitioner/accused shall deposit sum of Rs.10,000/- in the above said crime No.58 of 2024 on such deposit petition execute Bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties for a like sum and one of the surety must be blood relative of the and for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate petitioner/accused ready to furnish together with any two sureties along with ration card to a like sum to the satisfaction of the concern magistrate and cash deposit of Rs.10,000/- unable to deposit before the concerned Magistrate till the disposal of the case. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking modification of the bail order dated 13.03.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.2418 of 2024 passed by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. The petitioner/accused shall deposit sum of Rs.10,000/- in the above said crime No.58 of 2024 and on such deposit petitioner execute Bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties for a like sum and one of the surety must be blood relative for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate.
2. Taking all those factors, I am not inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. The petitioner must comply with the conditions.
