The petitioner/accused shall deposit sum of Rs.20,000/- in the above said crime No.84 of 2024 on such deposit petition execute Bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties for a like sum and one of the surety must be blood relative of the and for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate petitioner/accused ready to furnish together with any two sureties along with ration card to a like sum to the satisfaction of the concern magistrate and cash deposit of Rs.20,000/- unable to deposit before the concerned Magistrate till the disposal of the case. ORDER
The petition has been filed seeking modification of the order of the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.2420 of 2024 dated 13.03.2024, while granting bail to the petitioner, the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai had directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/-, and produce two sureties out of the two sureties one surety to be a blood surety. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner found it difficult to produce blood sureties and also to deposit the cash as directed.
3.Taking into consideration, the condition imposed by the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to deposit is modified to Rs.10,000/- and condition to produce two blood sureties is modified to two local sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.
4.The said sureties must be tested by the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.
