Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the entire records, relating to Petitioner's husband detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order, dated 16.12.2016 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings No.1215/BCDFGISSSV/2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the said petitioner's husband namely Mowin, son of Aari, aged 35 years before this Court and set the petitioner's husband at liberty from detention, now petitioner's husband detained at Central Prison-II, Puzhal, Chennai - 600 066.

Challenge is made to the order of detention passed by the second respondent vide Proceedings in No.1215/BCDFGISSSV/2016, dated 16.12.2016, whereby the detenu, namely Mowin, son of Aari, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

aged about 35 years, was confined at Central Prison-II, Puzhal, Chennai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the petitioner dated 16.12.2016 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. Rt. No.6557, Home, Prohibition & Excise (X) Department dated 27.12.2016, and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
