This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.178 of 2021 pending on the file of first Respondent Police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.178 of 2021 and filed a final report on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Act, Cuddalore. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent.
