ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to update the computerised revenue record in online in respect of the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which the petitioner claims he is the owner of the property. The petitioner has also placed reliance upon the recommendation report dated 26.08.2025 issued by the 4th respondent in support of the petitioner's representation seeking updation of the computerised revenue records for his property.

Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2025. 5.

For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2025, seeking updation of the computerised revenue records in online in respect of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the recommendation report dated 26.08.2025 referred supra, as well as the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
