C.S.Nos.214 of 2020, 596 of 2019, 662 of 2019 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J When the matter came up for hearing on 24.11.2021, a representation was made on behalf of the 2nd defendant and the learned counsel undertook to file vakalat. However, no vakalat has been filed till date. Hence, the 2nd defendant in C.S.No.214 of 2020 is called absent and set ex-parte.

The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that documents relied upon in all these suits are common and the parties are also common and hence, joint trial can be ordered by this Court.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing on either side in the respective suits shall file an common affidavit of admission and denial of documents. It is brought to the notice of this Court that issues have already been framed in C.S.Nos.207 of 2019, 596 and 662 of 2019 and issues has to be framed only in C.S.No.214 of 2020. Since a joint trial is going to be ordered, the issues that have already been framed in the other three suits, shall be take into consideration and wherever there is a change with respect to the suit in C.S.No.214 of 2020, the same shall be incorporated and draft issues shall be filed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
