PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue appropriate directions to the Learned SubJudge, Poonamallee, to expedite the suit in O.S.No.570 of 2019 and to complete the trial within a time bound manner. For Petitioner :

The revision petitioner herein is the plaintiff in O.S.No.570 of 2019 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee. The present revision is filed seeking a

direction to the trial Court to expedite the disposal of the above said suit. 2.This Court is conscious that the suit is three years old, of which, close to two years were lost on account of Pandemic days. Hence, it required the learned counsel for the revision petitioner to justify his prayer for an expeditious disposal.

3.The learned counsel submitted that the defendant has not entered appearance till date and yet, the trial Court keeps alive the matter infinitely. 4.If this submission is true, then there is a need to give appropriate direction to the trial Court.

5.If the defendant has not appeared before the Court, then the trial Court is required to proceed in accordance with CPC and dispose of the matter within a period of thirty (30) days, at any rate, not later than June 2022.
