JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.) Challenging the order passed by the Family Court, Vellore, in I.A.No.161 of 2018 in F.C.O.P.No.60 of 2017, dated 09.05.2018, the appellant/husband has filed this appeal.

2. When the matter is taken up, Mr.K.Shyam Sunder, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the main case, namely, F.C.O.P.No.60 of 2017 itself was dismissed on 13.09.2019 by the Family Court, Vellore, and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as infructous. No Costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.13082 of 2018 is closed.
