Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2023 submitted for to give Notional promotion to the petitioner by promoting the 1/4

petitioner as Chief Engineer with effect from 30.06.2023 A.N on which the petitioner was posted as Chief Engineer-in charge and re-fix the petitioner and pay terminal and pensionary benefits thereof with retrospective effect as like given to Er.S.Baskaran (E.Code-10775).

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2023 and to give Notional Promotion by promoting the petitioner as Chief Engineer with effect from 30.06.2023A.N.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
