This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.378 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Omalur.

2.The defendants 2 to 6 in O.S.No.378 of 2012 are the petitioners in this Civil Revision Petition. The respondents 1 to 5 herein had instituted the suit against the petitioners for mandatory injunction directing the plaintiffs to place the Idol of Arulmighu Veerakkaran in the place where it was originally and to restore the Nallathangal temple in the place as it was in it's original state and for permanent injunction.

3.Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the plaintiffs 1 and 2 and the first defendant are senior citizens of more than 70 years and the suit is ready for trial and that the delay in disposal causes great hardship and mental agony to the petitioners. 4.Considering the facts and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned District Munsif, Omalur is directed to dispose of

the suit in O.S.No.378 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.08.2015.

5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 18.03.2015 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TK To The District Munsif Court Omalur.
