The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the offences under Sections 376, 313 354A, 417, 406, 506(1) IPC and Section 67A of Information Technology Act, in Crime No. Not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.6 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
