Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the aforementioned order has been filed, the reason given i.e., that the legal aid counsel, who has been nominated by this Court, did not readily have authorization from the appellant to apply for a certified copy, is accepted.
