By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner would submit that he has fallen in love with one Valarmathi and married her at Analithailaiyur Muppidathiamman Temple and registered the marriage with the Sub-Registrar, Gangaikondan in Serial No.21/2014 and subsequently applied for intercaste marriage certificate to the respondent on 26.02.2015 and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions made by Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice for respondent.

4. Though the petitioner prayed for the larger relief, this Court directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 26.02.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the order to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
