O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2015 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted his representation dated 09.12.2015 thereby seeking his right over the property for the payment in respect of recovery proceedings.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's representation cannot be considered now due to efflux of time.

4. This Court grants liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
