Mr.Vijay Anand COMMON ORDER Alleging that the common order of this Court, dated 14.02.2018, made in W.P.Nos.27829 of 2010, 27828 of 2010, 27831 of 2010 and W.P.No.27830 of 2010, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioners have come up with these contempt petitions.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors submits that as against the order passed in W.P.Nos.27829 of 2010, 27828 of 2010, 27831 of 2010 and W.P.No.27830 of 2010, dated 14.02.2018, writ appeals in W.A.Nos.2191 to

2195 of 2018 have been filed, in which, interim stay has also been granted. He has also produced a copy of the order, dated 04.02.2019, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the above said Writ Appeals.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in the contempt petitions. Accordingly, the contempt petitions are closed. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
