In the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, it had been contended that the certified copy of the Registration certificate, dated 12.01.2007 is in the name of the deceased Saravanan, who had started a business called "Rax Tax Knitting Mills" at Tiruppur and also at Chennai dated 12.01.2007. It is stated that there has been a delay in producing the said document. It would only appropriate that the parties move forward with the trial process.
