Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order and decreetal order passed in IA.No.1 of 2020 in HMOP.No.4683 of 2018, dated 19.03.2021 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai and consequentially to dismiss the petition to return the articles with cost.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Court below allowing the application filed by the respondent seeking return of gold jewels allegedly presented at the time of marriage. It is further submitted that during pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, mutual divorce petition was presented by the parties and the same was also granted. The dispute between the parties were settled amicably and hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the said statement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
