ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 68 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No.12051 of 2025 against the order passed in M.C.No.441 of 2019 dated 27.08.2024 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter came up before this Court on 13.03.2025, this Court condoned the delay subject to condition that the petitioner has to deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance on or before 14.04.2025 and the matter was ordered to be listed on 15.04.2025 "for reporting compliance".

3. Today (17.04.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the order of this Court dated 13.03.2025, has not been complied with.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Revision Case is rejected at the SR Stage itself.
