This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in PRC.No.19 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode, thereby taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 307, 449, 342, 506(i), 34, 114 of IPC, as against this petitioner.

When the matter was listed before this Court on 30.03.2023, at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned by two weeks. Thereafter, the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter for admission. This matter is pending for the past three years, without even ordering notice to the counter party. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case.
