This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for further investigation in Crime No.2 of 2023 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the closure report has already been filed in this case in RCS No.9 of 2023.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the RCS notice has not been served on the petitioner and the petitioner is not aware about the closure report filed by the respondent police.

4.There shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to serve the RCS notice on the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy by filing a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Court and proceed further in accordance with law.
