This writ petition has been filed to issue a mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3, their men, agents, subordinates or anyone claiming through them from interfering with the lawful activities of the petitioner and the members of the 4th respondent club at "FACT Pavilion", W-97A, 2nd avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600 040.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned as and when required.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
