O R D E R

This civil revision petition was referred for mediation to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

2. A communication dated 22.7.2015 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, enclosing a copy of its report dated 20.7.2015 has been received, wherein it is stated as follows:- "Both the parties appeared before the Centre along with their counsel. Matter has been settled between them as per the terms cited in the Memorandum of Understanding enclosed. Hence, the matter is sent back to the Hon'ble Court.

3. As the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the Mediation Agreement, this Criminal Original Petition is listed for passing of an order in terms of the settlement.

4. The Mediation Agreement, signed by the parties and their respective counsel reads as follows:- "1. The aforementioned matter is referred to mediation and the same is settled amicably between the parties.

2. In pursuance of the settlement, the parties herein has filed the petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act by mutual consent for divorce on 20.7.2015.

3. Hence, in view of the above facts, the above petition may be closed.

5. The Mediation Agreement was duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel. The learned counsel have submitted that that the agreement was arrived at by the parties, out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side.

6. In terms of settlement arrived at between the parties which is recorded under the Mediation Agreement by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, this revision is disposed of, recording the Mediation Agreement. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The Mediation Agreement and the report of the Mediation Centre shall form part of this order. Sd/- Asst.Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst.
