ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 11.01.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.899 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the compliance has been made as early as 18.11.2016 and he has also handed over a copy of the said endorsement to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
