..Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his proceedings G.O. (D) No.71, Tourism, Culture and Religious Endowments (RE 2.2) Department, dated 05.07.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents to regularize the period of suspension with all service and monetary benefits.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of suspension passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(D).No. 71 dated 05.07.2013.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Government by its order in G.O.(D). No.149 dated 07.10.2015 has revoked the order of suspension without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner and the petitioner has been reinstated and he has also joined duty.

In view of the above, the challenge to the order of suspension becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
