This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent herein to give police protection for the petitioner patta land in Ward A, Block 62, T.S.No.2 measuring 1 Acre 90 Cents of Agricultural land by considering the representation dated 11.06.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner may be permitted to work out his remedy before the competent Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
