The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate forum and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

TK 2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate forum, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
