ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed as against the dismissal of discharge petition to discharge the petitioner from the charges under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 468 of IPC and under Section 120-B of IPC in

Crl.M.P.No.530 of 2017 in C.C.No.2393 of 2007 dated 31.05.2018 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Though, this Court had initially granted interim stay of Trial, subsequently it was not extended after one week from 25.07.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the charges have been framed and the final report has been filed by the respondent and the Trial has been commenced. So far, the prosecution had examined P.W.1 and posted for further evidence.

4. Therefore, the matter become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
